Sahaba Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in the Inland Empire of California, founded in 2009 by Muslim college students committed to serving vulnerable communities through faith-driven service. We serve over 175,000 people annually, offering a lifeline to low-income families, refugees, single mothers, and formerly incarcerated individuals. Our work centers around four critical areas: Hunger, Housing, Wellbeing, and Economic Stability. Our holistic approach is grounded in dignity, cultural competency, and wraparound services to help families and individuals break the cycles of poverty.
